CUSTHOM at Concrete Hermit showcases the latest works from the CUSTHOM design collective, an adventurous and innovative approach to interior surface design.An inspired attention to surface detail is evident in digitally embroidered and interleaved paper structures. Stitches suffuse the very walls within these bespoke spaces.CUSTHOM redefines innovative design, and simultaneously juxtaposes hand craft alongside digital technology. These engaging wallpapers employ ‘smart’ materials such as non-woven papers and thermochromatic inks, to create adaptable areas that respond intelligently to their environment.Handmade elements and highest quality materials are united with captivating surface imagery that is both charming and inquisitive . Nostalgic social commentary is expressed through hand rendered imagery and rebellious collage.
